You will report directly to a talented Head of Compliance, working for a fast‑growing Consumer Credit firm in London. The role offers a broad scope, providing extensive exposure to the wider business and the opportunity to progress into a Compliance Manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Compliance with a wide variety of duties, focusing on the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan and execution of thematic reviews.
- Review and update Compliance policies and assist with FCA returns using RegData and Connect.
- Handle Financial Promotions approvals; manage Compliance queries, complaints, and investigations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Compliance experience in the Consumer Credit arena.
- Knowledge of regulations impacting the sector, including CONC and Consumer Duty.
- Experience with the execution of a Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Experience with FCA submissions using RegData and/or Connect is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
