This is an environment where your voice will be heard, and your views and opinions will be welcomed.Managing a small team (with scope to grow), you\’ll lead and manage Compliance Monitoring, including developing and maintaining Compliance Monitoring plans and schedules.You\’ll conduct thematic reviews to identify and assess compliance risks across all areas of the business and perform fact-finds and desk-based monitoring to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.You\’ll present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders, tracking and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely closure.You\’ll have gained strong Compliance Monitoring experience with the insurance industry, preferably in the London market.
