Managing a small team (with scope to grow), you’ll lead and manage Compliance Monitoring, including developing and maintaining Compliance Monitoring plans and schedules.
You’ll conduct thematic reviews to identify and assess compliance risks across all areas of the business and perform fact-finds and desk-based monitoring to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
You’ll present findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders, tracking and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
You’ll have gained strong Compliance Monitoring experience with the insurance industry, preferably in the London market. You’ll need a detailed understanding of the FCA rulebooks impacting the insurance sector and must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This is a fully office-based role and so you must be happy working in the London office 5 days a week.
