A chance to be at the forefront of business strategy for a leading retail investment FinTech, providing Compliance support on key business projects and strategic initiatives. You’ll play a key role in the planning, launch and oversight of new products and services for this hugely innovative firm. What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the Compliance lead for complex cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, providing robust, pragmatic regulatory advice and challenge to new business models, product concepts and technological innovation from inception.
- You’ll also make recommendations on enhancements to existing core processes, governance and product oversight and play a key role in their implementation.
- You’ll conduct proactive horizon scanning and assessment of emerging regulations and market trends relevant to the business, ensuring the firm is prepared for future regulatory change.
What you’ll need:
- You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist with strong experience of working in a Retail Investments environment and will be very familiar with the regulatory requirements impacting the sector, including MiFID II, COBS, PROD, Consumer Duty etc.
- You’ll also have a proven track record of supporting business projects and providing advice and challenge to senior management.
