What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll support in maintaining the firm’s Risk Management Framework and also support the Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
  • You’ll maintain the risk registers, ensuring risk and controls are accurately documented and monitored on an ongoing basis.
  • You’ll monitor Key Risk Indicators and escalate emerging issues where appropriate.
  • You’ll oversee the risk incident reporting process.
  • You’ll assist in the production of regular risk reports, dashboards and supporting Management Information (MI).

What you’ll need

  • You’ll have already gained broad Operational Risk experience within the Financial Services arena and will have experience of supporting with the RCSA process.
  • Previous insurance experience would be of interest but is not essential.
  • You’ll possess an analytical mindset, a curious nature and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
