Are you looking for greater flexibility to work from home? Or perhaps you’re just keen to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious RegTech consultancy? That’s what’s on offer here. You’ll be working for an established, market-leading RegTech firm that is growing fast, and you’ll have the flexibility to work predominantly from home, with occasional visits to their London or Manchester office, whichever is most convenient.
This is an exciting time to join as the business is geared for growth and this role will play a key role in facilitating that expansion, both in the UK and overseas.
In this client-facing role, you’ll work closely with a broad variety of Financial Services firms to understand their Financial Crime technology requirements, before liaising with internal product development teams to build bespoke solutions in line with those needs.
You’ll also be responsible for the resource allocation of a small team of c.6 consultants, ensuring all client commitments are met and projects are delivered successfully and on time.
You’ll be a genuine Financial Crime Subject Matter Expert with an excellent understanding of emerging AML technologies and trends, such as AI and blockchain. You’ll have a keen interest in Financial Crime technologies and systems and be able to ‘speak the language’ in order to work effectively with software engineers and product developers.
You’ll almost certainly have experience of working in a similar RegTech environment and have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. Superior communication skills are essential for this role.
