Operational Risk Analyst in Financial Services - Remote (UK)
This is a fully remote role, allowing you loads of flexibility to structure your day around any family commitments. It’s a broad, generalist Risk role that will provide you with great experience and add value to your CV. This role is likely to develop into a Risk Manager position in due course, offering excellent developmental opportunities.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Risk, gaining exposure to the wider business while learning from a talented Risk leader.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the maintenance of the firm’s Risk Management Framework
- Assisting with the Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) process
- Maintaining risk registers, ensuring risks and controls are accurately documented, monitored, and updated
- Monitoring Key Risk Indicators and escalating emerging issues where appropriate
- Overseeing the risk incident reporting process
- Assisting in the production of regular risk reports, dashboards, and supporting Management Information (MI)
You should have broad Operational Risk experience within the Financial Services sector and experience supporting the RCSA process.
