What you’ll be doing You’ll be supporting the Head of Compliance with a wide variety of Compliance duties but with a particular focus on assisting with the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including executing thematic reviews.
You’ll also be responsible for reviewing and updating Compliance policies and for assisting with FCA returns using Reg Data and Connect.
Other duties will include Financial Promotions approvals, handling Compliance queries and complaints management and investigation.
What we’re looking for You’ll have gained 2+ years Compliance experience in a retail Fin Tech environment and will ideally be familiar with Consumer Duty requirements.
This experience will ideally include assisting with execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, whilst any experience of FCA submissions using Reg Data and/or Connect would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
A Law degree would be advantageous but is not essential.
