The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Location: Bath (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH)

Salary: To £60k + bonus + benefits

Following significant recent investment, the firm is now looking to further strengthen its Risk & Compliance department with several new hires. You’ll act as a liaison between 1st and 2nd line, helping to ensure risk events and breaches are recorded, escalated and managed effectively. You’ll produce Risk Management Information and conduct analysis, reporting on your findings and suggesting recommendations for improvements.

In addition, you’ll help facilitate Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resilience work as required.

You’ll have gained good experience in a broad Risk Management role within the Financial Services arena with a particularly strong understanding of Operational Risk Management. You’ll also have experience of Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Planning. Any previous investment management or wealth management experience would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
