You’ll be working for a very well-established, successful business that provides Financial Planning & Advice services to a range of HNW individuals.
This is an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract that comes with all the employee benefits of a permanent role, including bonus, pension and holiday entitlement.
You\’ll undertake horizon scanning to support the identification and assessment of regulatory changes, developments and announcements from the FCA that impact the wealth management sector.
You’ll play an active role in updating and implementing new policies and procedures as a result of regulatory changes and communicate the details effectively to the business.
In addition, you’ll provide advice and guidance on regulatory and technical matters across the Group and contribute to the review and sign-off of financial promotions and other customer-facing documentation.
You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist from the Wealth Management arena, will hold a relevant Level 4 qualification (e.g. CII Diploma in Financial Planning).
You’ll have the ability to analyse and interpret legislation, regulation and industry guidance, and exercise sound judgement and decision-making in the application of regulatory and technical standards.
