Group Conduct & Compliance Manager
General Insurance
Location: London (Hybrid, 50/50 split between home and the office)
Salary: To £100k + benefits

Reporting into the Group Head of Compliance you’ll use your Consumer Duty expertise to support business understanding and promote FCA and industry best practice across the Group.
You’ll provide oversight to product governance processes, distribution arrangements and product and service testing to ensure compliance with PROD regulations.
You’ll also deliver robust but collaborative advice on the management of vulnerable customers, ensuring their timely identification to ensure speedy support and well executed treatment plans.
In addition, you’ll drive the development, implementation and embedding of the Compliance & Conduct Risk framework and Annual Compliance & Conduct Plan in line with regulatory requirements and proportionate to business operations.
You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist within the general insurance arena with a strong understanding of Consumer Duty as well as other relevant regulatory compliance (ICOBS, PROD, SYSC, DISP etc.).
You’ll also have a proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and management and possess excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
