This FinTech start-up will revolutionise the post-trading space both here in the UK and across Europe. Having been in stealth mode, they’re now going live in September and so this is an exciting time to join the business.

This is a newly created role, and you’ll have plenty of scope to make it your own, adding value through the continual development of processes and systems. And you’ll get to work for and learn from an extremely talented Head of Compliance who holds the SMF16z function. The firm operates a really flexible working policy, meaning you can work completely remotely.

You’ll oversee all aspects of daily reconciliations and escalations to the SMF16z, developing and maintaining CASS records and procedures in relation to reconciliations, CMAR and RP. You’ll be responsible for monthly CMAR submissions, maintenance of the CASS RP and attend the firm’s CASS Oversight Committee.

You’ll also maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to CASS compliance and drive continuous improvements to enhance the accuracy, quality and efficiency of regulatory procedures. You’ll be an experienced CASS Management specialist with an in-depth knowledge of reconciliations processes, regulatory requirements and market practices in the UK and EU. A strong understanding of financial instruments, trading systems and market dynamics is essential.
