Interim Project Risk Manager (initial 10-month Fixed Term Contract)

Financial Services Location: Bath (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office, 4 days working from home)

Salary: To c. £65k + benefits

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be working for a well-established, successful Financial Services business that’s been growing rapidly, both organically and acquisitively. You’ll be providing proactive, independent risk expertise across strategic change initiatives including a major platform migration. You’ll help ensure transformation outcomes are delivered safely and sustainably. You’ll embed robust risk practices into delivery lifecycles, strengthen risk culture and enable informed decision-making through high quality assurance, challenge and insight.

What you’ll need

  • You’ll have accumulated considerable experience in Risk oversight and assurance of major transformation projects within a complex, regulated environment.
  • Previous Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • You’ll have experience of assuring project/change delivery with an understanding of architecture, data migration, testing (functional/non-functional), cyber/privacy and third party risk.
  • Experience of ISO 27001 would be advantageous.
