About Our Client: Our client is a newly opened clinic registered and based in Ealing, London. They offer a range of Aesthetics and Medical services and are guided by values rooted in passion, professionalism, and results-driven work.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide aesthetic treatments and advice to clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
- Ensure the clinic is clean and organized at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with all services offered by the clinic, even if not directly responsible for those treatments.
- Manage the business aspects of aesthetics.
- Perform skincare treatment procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest skincare products and their benefits.
- Prioritize client service and maintain treatment professionalism.
- Work with a diverse range of clients and provide suitable treatment plans with before/after care.
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards for client treatment.
- Maintain a high standard of customer care and treatment quality.
- Guide clients through a seamless journey from consultation to aftercare and follow-up.
- Assist with administrative tasks, client relations, POS operations, ordering, etc., to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Achieve set sales and retail targets.
- Build and maintain a strong client base with a high retention rate.
- Occasionally assist as a receptionist and in an all-rounder role to ensure the clinic's smooth operation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 and 4.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in laser and device-led aesthetic treatments.
- Positive attitude and punctuality.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to suggest suitable treatments based on client concerns.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving aesthetic industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Highly knowledgeable with a commitment to continuous growth.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and take initiative.
- Optional: Additional experience in Injectables (PRP, Dermal Filler, Profhilo, and Fat Dissolving Injections) is advantageous.
