They’re looking for a Management Accountant with a good grasp of the month-end process, and a desire to grow, learn and make a real impact.
You might be AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or you could be someone with solid hands-on experience and a great attitude. Qualified by Experience candidates are very much encouraged to apply too.

You’ll work closely with a genuinely down-to-earth Financial Controller who’s supportive, approachable and happy to mentor. The smaller team structure means you’ll get exposure across the whole finance function, ideal if you want to develop your skills and take real ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director with monthly management accounts
- Producing financial packs with commentary and variance analysis
- Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts and assisting with budgeting processes
- Assisting with statutory audit processes and liaising with auditors
- Preparing and presenting internal financial reports
- Posting prepayments, accruals, and rebates
- Performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting and implementing process improvements
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations (such as VAT and payroll returns)
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including fixed asset registers and cash flow reporting
- Assisting in embedding a new ERP system across the business
What we’re looking for:
- AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or Qualified by Experience
- Experience in management accounts or detailed month-end work
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business
- Someone organised, deadline-driven, and proactive in their approach
- Payroll experience would be a bonus
