They're looking for a Management Accountant with a good grasp of the month‑end process, and a desire to grow, learn and make a real impact.
You might be AAT qualified, part‑qualified ACCA/CIMA, or you could be someone with solid hands‑on experience and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Financial Controller and Finance Director with monthly management accounts
- Producing financial packs with commentary and variance analysis
- Preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts and assisting with budgeting processes
- Assisting with statutory audit processes and liaising with auditors
- Preparing and presenting internal financial reports
- Posting prepayments, accruals, and rebates
- Performing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting and implementing process improvements
- Processing payroll and ensuring compliance with financial regulations (such as VAT and payroll returns)
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including fixed asset registers and cash flow reporting
- Assisting in embedding a new ERP system across the business
- What we’re looking for
- AAT Qualified, Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA, or Qualified by Experience
- Experience in management accounts or detailed month‑end work
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business
- Someone organised, deadline‑driven, and proactive in their approach
- Payroll experience would be a bonus
