What does it entail?
- Your communication skills will ensure that customers end their experience of the company’s service feeling delighted and willing to recommend you to others.
- You must be used to working in a similar position within the industry and will therefore understand the requirements and constraints placed upon this role both in terms of Health & Safety, and customers’ expectations.
- You will also understand the need to maintain an accurate and detailed documentation trail.
- Carrying out a range of services associated with the emptying and cleaning of our customers’ assets.
- Operation of High-Pressure vacuum suction equipment in line with rigorous safety standards.
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise.
- Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps.
- Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum HGV class 2 / HGV class 1 is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements relating to drainage and waste operations.
- Good understanding of drainage and sewerage operations.
- Desirable Qualifications but not essential - CSCS or EUSR / HPWJ / Street works (NRSWA)/Confined Space Entry & Rescue Certification.
- Experience working within the drainage, utilities, water, environmental, or wastewater industries.
- Want to be part of a growing and progressive business.
- Be willing to work some unsociable hours - Early starts, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight work may be required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must live within a 45 minute commute to the Aylesford office.
