Base pay range: Salary £30,000 – £35,000 (OTE – £50,000+)

Willow Pumps is proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of water pump solutions, offering supply, installation and servicing of all ‘water in, waste out’ assets. We provide a complete solution to our customers, including a large tanker fleet for specialist emergency support.

Over the past 30 years we have grown a team of dedicated professionals providing a wide range of services from pump station design, installation and maintenance to a successful drainage capability.

What does it entail?

  • Install, maintain, and optimise water booster systems to ensure the reliable distribution of clean water to commercial customers.
  • Analyse data from monitoring systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reliability of the water distribution network.
  • Manage compliance and documentation, provide emergency response, and collaborate with engineering teams, water treatment specialists and utility personnel.
