Willow Park is looking for a nurturing and inclusive teacher to support our children and young people with their learning. You will be a person who thrives on a challenge, who is emotionally resilient and able to build positive, professional relationships with children and young people with special needs. We welcome applications from teachers who have previously worked in mainstream or special needs schools.
You must have a broad knowledge of SEN and be able to respond to the emotional, social and mental health needs of our children and young people ages 6 to 16. Staff who join us at Willow Park will be provided with high quality professional development which will include a robust induction programme and a mentor.
