We are searching for a superstar Assistant General Manager to join us on our journey at [ENTER RESTAURANT NAME]. If you are obsessed with delivering amazing service in a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant and have a passion for developing your people to be the very best, then this one is for you.

We offer our AGM's an awesome package which begins with a starting salary up to £35,000, 10% Bonus = £3,500 – Based on KPI’s that are achievable and impactful, and a service charge that works out to about £8,700. Total potential package = £47,200 a year.

You will support the General Manager and Head Chef as part of your restaurant's Critical Triangle.
