Willow is a fast-growing Guaranteed Rent provider working across London. We manage a portfolio of residential properties, in a fast-paced working environment. We are looking for a proactive, organised and driven Junior Property Manager to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of property operations including property visits, Landlord, Tenant and Contractor communication, maintenance coordination, compliance, and general day-to-day property management. This role would suit someone looking to progress in a career in property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending Property Visits as required (inspections, check-in/check-out, ad-hoc visits)
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and clients
  • Coordinating maintenance works and repairs
  • Assisting with compliance and property documentation
  • Responding to tenant issues and resolving problems efficiently
  • Monitoring property standards and reporting issues
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Organising the property inspectors diary
  • Reviewing property inspection reports
  • Keeping systems up-to-date and accurate
  • Attending to Utility related tasks
  • General administrative and operational support

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Own vehicle required
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office

Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:

  • Property management
  • Lettings or estate agency
