Willow Lake Water Park at Meadow Bay Villages is actively seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to assist in overseeing and managing their leisure offerings on site. Willow Lake Water Park offers a freshwater water sports resort nestled in the heart of Northampton. Our state-of-the-art facilities include wakeboarding, paddle sports (rental and coaching), pedalo hire, and our main attraction: the Aqua Park. We also have a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool complete with a kids’ area and exciting water slides, an outdoor splash park, and a collection of premium hot tubs for relaxation and luxury.

Job Specification
- Work as part of the team to set up the site at the start of each session and close down post-sessions at the end of the day.
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring each visitor has a successful, rewarding and enjoyable experience.
- Welcoming customers and staff to the facility.
- Monitoring the water ensures all water users are safe and follow the safety procedures/rules.
- Making sure the site follows our logged NOP & EAP procedures.
- Recording and upkeep of site maintenance.
- Ensuring all visitors are educated in, and adhere to the facilities etiquette and rules.
- Respond to those needing assistance; vigilantly monitor the participants to spot signs of struggle and signals for help/assistance.
- Leading rescues & training sessions as and where required.
- Carrying out daily/weekly safety checks on equipment and facilities to ensure all areas and equipment are fit for use and meet operational standards.
Desirable Qualifications – Training can be provided
- RLSS Lifeguarding Qualification (NPLQ, OWL or NVBLQ) - One is essential.
- AED / First Aid Certificate.
- Pool Plant Operator (RLSS or STA).
- RLSS TA (OWL or NPLQ).
