The Landscape Manager will oversee all aspects of landscape projects, including planning, managing resources, supervising teams, and ensuring high-quality execution in compliance with safety standards. The role involves hands-on responsibilities across hard and soft landscaping, irrigation systems, and ongoing maintenance. The candidate will work closely with designers, clients, and on-site teams to bring designs to fruition. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Staines-Upon-Thames.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance, including care and upkeep of both soft and hard landscaping elements
- Experience in Landscape Management, with the ability to oversee teams and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Experience with Landscape Construction techniques and processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental considerations
- Relevant certifications in landscaping or construction are a plus
- Valid driver's license are advantageous
