This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic volunteer to join our small but busy shop team. We are looking for someone who can commit to supporting the team on a regular, ongoing basis each week.
Retail volunteers should be willing to get involved with a range of tasks including sorting donations, hanging and steaming clothes or serving customers on the till. A friendly and approachable manner is a must.
What’s involved?
It is a lively role where an ability to connect with people is helpful especially when promoting donations and Gift Aid which are essential to the income of our shops. Retail volunteers play an important part in helping customers and raising vital funds for Willow’s beneficiaries.
How long and how often:
We are looking for a volunteer to offer longer term support, committing a few hours a week on a regular basis.
Location: Willow shops based across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire in Biggleswade, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Letchworth Garden City, Stevenage, Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City.

Your support will help our busy shop team to delight our customers, encouraging repeat donations and shoppers to return to Willow.
Your support will mean Willow can continue to provide Special Days for seriously ill young adults.
What can you expect from us?
You will be a part of a small team, who are on hand to support you with your role and offer any training support where required. You will be provided with all necessary resources available and trained on how to use them. We will keep you informed and updated on how your support benefits the team, Willow and Special Days.
