Willow Dene is a large special school in Plumstead for children aged 2-19 across two sites. The Specialist Cover Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the school by coordinating and managing staff cover arrangements. The post holder will organise and deploy appropriate cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences, minimising disruption to pupils' learning and maintaining continuity of provision across the school. As the duties of this post involve regular contact with children, any offer to the successful candidate will be conditional upon an Enhanced DBS check being completed. This post is also subject to a satisfactory probationary period and medical clearance.
