Willow Cottage Nurseries is looking for an exceptional Early Years Deputy Team Leader with a passion for leadership and a vision for delivering the highest quality education and childcare.

Roles and responsibilities
- Delivering and maintaining a professional standard of care and education with high expectations of all children and colleagues.
- Inspire, motivate, and give direction to the team in order to provide the best possible care and education for the children in an environment which is inviting and challenging.
- Sharing and role modelling professional knowledge and experience in line with current thinking around child development.
- Supporting reflective practice, observations and planning in order to meet the individual needs of all children.
- Meeting statutory requirements such as safeguarding, welfare, learning & development, SEND support and record keeping and supporting the team to maintain the same high standards.
