Willow Communications, part of Stage Electrics Group, is seeking an experienced IT support professional to be the senior escalation point on the Service Desk in Northampton. You’ll diagnose and resolve incidents, build and image PCs and media players, and guide colleagues and customers through complex troubleshooting.
Based at the Northampton office, you’ll participate in out-of-hours rota after training and contribute to improving AI-assisted workflows, knowledge bases and ticket templates.
