- £34,369 to £36,490.80 (OTE, inclusive of sleep ins) + £1,000 sign on fee
Must be NVQ Level 3 Level 4 Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or QCF Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner qualified
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Care Workers to join our team, based in Derby (Mickleover/Littleover), and provide exceptional care to young people in need. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a critical role in helping children build their confidence, develop social skills and achieve their full potential. This is a challenging but rewarding role where you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care.
