Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Garden Maintenance/ contracts Manager located in Sidcup. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing garden maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, managing schedules, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. Additional responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance activities, implementing maintenance management systems, and conducting maintenance and repairs as needed.

The role will additionally be spear heading the commercial maintenance dept growth trajectory .

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills including team management and scheduling
• Experienced at quoting and managing soft landscaping projects
• Experienced in general sales
• Project management skills vital
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge of Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in horticulture or landscape management are beneficial
• Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable practices is a plus
