Willo Education is looking for passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to join a nurturing all-through school dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs. About the School: This school is committed to providing exceptional support for pupils with a variety of special educational needs, many of whom also have co-occurring medical conditions. These include:
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Specific Learning Difficulties such as dyslexia and dyspraxia
- Speech, Language, and Communication Needs
- ADHD, Autism, ADD
- Visual and hearing impairments
The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant or LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting small groups of students (maximum of eight) to help them engage in their learning and achieve their potential. You will work alongside an allocated Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant to deliver tailored support in both classroom and 1:1 settings, with additional support provided when needed.
