You will have the opportunity to gain some hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic school environment and mentoring and support from experienced staff will be provided. To apply for this role you must have the following: * Enthusiasm for working with an age range of students and a passion for their care and development. * Willingness to learn and contribute to the school’s daily operations. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. * Commitment to completing the Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programme (Level 2 or 3). * Have a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one. * Proof of English and Maths GCSEs. * Right to work in the UK. * Ages 16+.
