Key Responsibilities: * Teach engaging and high-quality media lessons, covering subjects like media theory, film analysis, digital production, advertising, and journalism. * Foster critical thinking in students, guiding them to analyse, evaluate, and create media content. * Design and implement engaging, innovative teaching materials to enhance learning experiences. * Support students in gaining practical media production skills, including video editing, photography, sound design, and digital content creation. * Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve media literacy and practical competencies. * Lead extracurricular activities such as media clubs, workshops, and competitions to further engage students with the subject. * Stay current with emerging trends in media and digital technologies, integrating them into lessons to keep content fresh and relevant. * Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enrich the media curriculum, creating opportunities for cross-curricular learning. * Provide tailored support for students with additional needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in the media curriculum.
