\*\*NEW RATES OF PAY\*\* Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a LGV1 Day Driver to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Bridgwater. *Key Responsibilities:* * Drivers must have Valid C+E license, Full CPC and digital tachograph card * Operate vehicle in a safe and effective manner * Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations * Strong organisational and communication skills * Commitment to the business and industry * Providing excellent customer service * Good geographical knowledge * A forklift license - Counterbalance * Loading / unloading trailers *Additional Details:* * 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), after 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years’ service up to a maximum of 3 days * Enhanced pay rates: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for weekend shifts and 1.25x your hourly rate for all hours worked above 55 per week * After 2 years continuous service you will receive an annual loyalty bonus * Full DCPC training during your employment * Full uniform and PPE supplied * Contribution towards drivers medical * Workplace Salary Exchange Pension * Modern fleet of well-maintained vehicles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From £14.60 per hour Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking Work Location: In person
