NEW RATES OF PAY
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a LGV1 Day Driver to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Bridgwater.
Key Responsibilities:
Drivers must have Valid C+E license, Full CPC and digital tachograph card
Operate vehicle in a safe and effective manner
Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
Strong organisational and communication skills
Commitment to the business and industry
Providing excellent customer service
Good geographical knowledge
A forklift license - Counterbalance
Loading / unloading trailers
Additional Details:
28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays), after 2 year's unbroken service employees will receive an additional day's holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years' service up to a maximum of 3 days
Enhanced pay rates: Earn 1.5x your hourly rate for weekend shifts and 1.25x your hourly rate for all hours worked above 55 per week
After 2 years continuous service you will receive an annual loyalty bonus
Full DCPC training during your employment
Full uniform and PPE supplied
Contribution towards drivers medical
