Willmott & Lake is growing, and we’re now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to our team in Bishop’s Stortford. This is an opportunity to join an independent, fast-growing business at an exciting stage of its journey — and to play a genuine part in shaping what comes next.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in residential property sales, confident in managing deals from valuation through to completion, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the wider growth of the business. As an independent, director‑led office, you won’t be just another number. The Role
- Managing sales transactions from instruction to completion
- Conducting viewings and building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals proactively

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential property sales (senior negotiator level preferred or current sales negotiator)
- Confident, professional, and highly organised
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills

- Full UK driving licence essential
