An exciting role of Bid Manager (2nd stage) has just come available to join our Strategic Bids and Services team at Willmott Dixon. This role is focused on leading the customer journey and preconstruction phase in developing education projects through our Framework agreement with the Department for Education across England. The position will form part of a tight-knit, creative, and strategic team, who are eager to push the boundaries of what is possible alongside this like-minded customer, through the latest approaches to innovation, education, and sustainability.
Willmott Dixon supports hybrid working and the team work from a base at our Hitchin office 2 days per week and/or from our Central London office and home on other days in the week. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams on the DfE Construction Framework (High Value Band) in collaboration with our Local Teams to achieve a minimum 50% win rate. You will develop our project management approach in line with our growth and efficiency goals and manage projects from Expression of Interest, Invitation to Tender and through the early stages of the CEM process then handing over to the Local Construction Team.

- Schedule (Resource/Time) Management Platforms
- APM qualifications and ChPP
- InDesign
