Willmott Dixon has an exciting opportunity for a full time People Partner to join our South Region, supporting the delivery of people strategies that enable strong performance, engagement and capability across the business that directly enable high performance, operational excellence, and ambitious growth plans.
Working closely with the Lead People Business Partner and the business leaders, this role plays a key part in translating people strategy into day-to-day impact. You will be a trusted partner to managers, helping embed consistent people practices, strengthen leadership capability, and create an environment where people can perform, grow and thrive.
