We’re recruiting for a Software Asset and Licensing Manager to join our Infrastructure and Service Operations team at Willmott Dixon. Although the IT team are based at our head office in Letchworth Garden City, this role can be done as either a hybrid, or a remote role. Occasional travel to Letchworth and other sites may be required according to business needs. The Asset and Licensing Manager is responsible for the monitoring and control of software asset management and licencing activities to provide full visibility of these assets for our organisation. You will effectively manage and control them ensuring governance, risk management, reporting and assurance activities. You will be the primary point of contact for all SAM matters within IT and provider of consultancy to stakeholders. You will practice robust risk management and with IT governance functions to ensure SAM risk are identified, analysed, mitigated, and escalated appropriately. You will be responsible for ensuring that Willmott Dixon realises value from our partners, including our Licence Solution Providers and other software resellers. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing internal compliance activities and reviews, responding to, and managing vendor audits.
