Senior Project/Quantity Surveyor – WDI (Healthcare Sector Team)
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Project Surveyor to join our Willmott Dixon Interiors division on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will be working within our highly regarded healthcare sector team, which is looking to expand and grow in the marketplace, offering significant opportunities for ongoing development and progression.
*NB. We prefer candidates based in a location that allows flexibility to work in Coventry, with accessibility to London for future projects. The primary focus is for someone who is commutable or willing to commute weekly to Coventry to be on-site at least 2 days per week.
- Lead commercial efforts across the full project lifecycle.
- Manage the preconstruction stage of each project phase.
- Oversee current project delivery while progressing toward securing future phases.
- Experience in two-stage procurement and framework projects is desirable.
- NEC contract experience is essential.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Key Skills
- Proven experience at Senior Project Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
- Experience in Healthcare / NHS / Clinical Health sectors is a plus.
- Strong experience with CVC cost reporting, ensuring accurate reflection of site position and final forecast.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Bluebeam (measurement software).
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting junior team members.
