Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Student Accommodation

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project/Quantity Surveyor to join our highly regarded Wales & West division, working on mid to large-scale commercial construction projects in Bristol and the surrounding region. As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across various projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately. Self-sufficient in managing projects from preconstruction through to delivery Ability to control costs, prevent scope creep, and manage risk across all packages Strong reporting skills, including Cost/Value reporting, cost-to-complete analysis and external financial forecasting. Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam (or similar measurement tools) Proven procurement and subcontractor management experience Degree in Construction or a related field This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team, working on exciting and impactful projects.
