Willmott Dixon are looking to add an established Principal communications manager to the Northern region, based out of our Oldham office (flexibility of home working) with regular project visits and attending events - join our respected communications team which is highly regarded across the business.

In this Principal Communications Manager role, within our established structure, you will work closely with the new business team to lead communications that support our growth strategy. This includes creating external communications to highlight achievements of Willmott Dixon and our customers, providing media content they can share. You\'ll lead internal communications to reinforce our award-winning culture and share the inspiring, constant stream of positive stories from within the business. Working closely and aligning with the board, you will manage a team and external resources to successfully deliver key projects such as newsletters, regional events, hosting live events for over 300 people, facilitating roundtables, and tracking significant communications events - all with the autonomy to implement changes.

  • Design and deliver prestige events, from cosy roundtables to grand conferences.
  • Excel as compère and facilitator for gatherings of all scales, up to 300+.
  • Champion media relations and elevate our market footprint.
  • Direct premium content across press, digital, and social for seamless brand harmony.
