Overview
As a Site Management Trainee, you will be directly involved in construction management and site operations. You will be working with Willmott Dixon colleagues and our supply chain partners to plan and manage the construction processes on-site to ensure that our projects are delivered to our customers defect free, completed safely, on time and on budget. Our management trainee programme is 2 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your entry point) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a level 6 qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme you will progress into an Assistant Site Manager role.

Eligibility and Qualifications
- School and college leavers with A Levels, T Levels or equivalent
- Graduates (construction and non-construction degrees)
- Skilled tradespeople looking to transition into management
- Must hold Level 3 Qualification and above, Have strong problem-solving and numeracy skills
- Be a good communicator and collaborator
- Show the drive to organise, influence and take responsibility
- Bring curiosity and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally, have some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar)
- Valid driver\\\’s license
