Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Group Head of Reward on a 12 month fixed-term contract to drive performance and simplify complexity in how our people are rewarded.
You will own reward and reporting end to end, partnering with the CPO, senior people team and finance, with hybrid working from our head office in Letchworth, Hertfordshire (3 days per week) and remote/home working, plus travel to other offices as required.
