The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will work in a hybrid way (3 days office/2 days at home) and will manage and control project-related documentation across multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that information is accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily accessible to both internal teams and external stakeholders, right through to final handover, including collation of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals.
You will work closely with Design Managers, project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure robust document control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Experience using Viewpoint and/or Dalux is highly desirable, as these are the primary systems used within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures for each project.
- Track and monitor the status of documents, providing regular updates and ensuring timely distribution and version control.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project-specific requirements for document management.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across the project team and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with consultants and supply chain partners to ensure smooth document exchange and alignment with programme timelines.
- Manage and oversee the collation and submission of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for project handovers.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of document control processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Support and train users on document management systems, particularly Viewpoint and Dalux, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Strong administrative background
- Good Microsoft Office skills and database management experience
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience with Viewpoint 4Project, Dalux or similar system
- Previous construction experience
