The predicted salary is between 45000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are currently looking to recruit Project & Senior Project Surveyors to join our Interiors division to play a part in delivering projects across multiple sectors including healthcare, commercial retrofit and fit out within London and the South East.

As the successful candidate, you will take ownership of commercial delivery across various projects from feasibility to completion. You will need strong contractual knowledge to provide commercial control of work packages throughout the project lifecycle whilst reporting accurately.

  • Self-sufficient in managing projects from preconstruction through to delivery.
  • Ability to control costs, prevent scope creep, and manage risk across all packages.
  • Strong reporting skills, including Cost/Value reporting, cost-to-complete analysis and external financial forecasting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Bluebeam (or similar measurement tools).
  • Proven procurement and subcontractor management experience.
  • History of being confident and comfortable in a customer-facing surveying role.
  • Degree in Construction or a related field.
