Willmott Dixon in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Project Manager (Bid Manager) to lead our Midlands bid activity. Based in our Birmingham office and working on a hybrid basis, you will drive two-stage/negotiated tenders from £10m to £100m across Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, transport and Commercial sectors.
You will build and motivate a bid team, shape commercial strategies, manage customer expectations, and ensure timely, quality outcomes while continually improving.
