Willmott Dixon invites graduates to join a 2–3 year Preconstruction Project Management trainee programme based in our Birmingham office. You will gain hands-on experience across Midlands projects, supporting work-winning, bid development and preconstruction planning.
You will rotate through functions including site management, quantity surveying and design, while building knowledge to progress into management roles. Right to work in the UK is required and a relevant degree by Sep 2027.
