We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (Preconstruction) to join our growing Willmott Dixon Interiors team, based from our Old Bailey office in London, with hybrid working available (three days office-based and two days remote). This is a senior leadership role within our preconstruction function, responsible for managing complex projects from initial opportunity through tender, PCSA and financial close, before successful handover to delivery teams. Working across a varied portfolio of interior refurbishment and fit-out projects, primarily through public sector frameworks, you’ll lead internal teams, consultant partners and supply chain stakeholders to secure profitable work and set projects up for successful delivery. As the successful Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the full preconstruction lifecycle on large and/or complex projects, ensuring bids are high quality, commercially robust and aligned to customer requirements. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, managing second-stage tender processes and leading multidisciplinary teams including planners, estimators, design managers and MEP specialists.
