An opportunity to join our award-winning digital team in Yorkshire as a Digital Construction Manager (BIM). Based from our Morley, Leeds office, this is a hybrid role split between the office, project sites and home. You'll primarily support our Yorkshire projects while also working collaboratively with our wider Northern digital construction team.

As Digital Construction Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, implementing and managing digital processes throughout the lifecycle of our construction projects, from bid through to handover. Working across multiple projects and stages, you'll support our internal teams, consultants and supply chain partners to make sure digital information is effectively managed and project requirements are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Digital Management Team in implementing BIM processes and documentation aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Manage and coordinate digital information across multiple projects from bid through to handover.
  • Review models and project information, supporting quality, compliance and information management requirements.
  • Work closely with Design Managers, site teams, consultants and supply chain partners to support effective digital delivery.
  • Coordinate project deliverables including model information, COBie data, scanning, visualisation and logistics.
  • Promote digital best practice and provide support and coaching to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage interfaces between different BIM software and digital solutions.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working within Digital Construction/BIM.
  • Good knowledge of BIM processes and ISO 19650.
  • Experience of information management and model checking.
  • Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary designs within a 3D environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience delivering government or public-sector projects, such as DfE or MoJ.
  • Experience using software such as Revit and Solibri.
  • Experience working for a contractor, consultancy or architectural practice.
  • Experience with 3D modelling, review or visualisation tools.
