Willmott Dixon Group is seeking a full-time People Partner to join our Construction Midlands business on a 15-month fixed term contract.
Based at our Central Birmingham office, the role is hybrid, with time split between the office, home and occasional site visits.
You will partner with managers to translate people strategy into day-to-day impact, embedding consistent practices, building leadership capability and supporting teams through growth and change.
